Proud Pete
Proud Pete, NMSU's official cover band, performs at local Las Cruces restaurants, fundraiser and festivals. This group plays some of the greatest hits from the past five decades and features incredible instrumentalists and vocalists. This is a cover party band using members of the Pride of New Mexico giving them experience in commercial music and providing scholarships to members of the band.
